During the semester we have completed several S.W.O.T analyses on multiple companies. A SWOT analysis â€Å"is an analytical framework that can help your company face its greatest challenges and find its most promising new markets† (Taylor). The discussions in class talked about several topics including the company’s background information, strengths weaknesses, opportunities, threats, corporate strategy, business strategy, structures/ controls and recommendations. In this paper I will be analyzing The Walt Disney Company and discussing all of the topics listed above. Strengths When looking at a company’s strengths you have to look internal to see what they are doing right and what they have control over.
